Every machine is backed by our 12-month parts warranty from the day it's delivered.
What's covered
Defects in materials and workmanship on the engine, hydraulic pump, cylinders, travel motors and frame.
What's not covered
Normal wear items (tracks, bucket teeth, filters, hoses), damage from misuse, accidents, missed maintenance or unapproved modifications.
How to claim
Contact us with your order number, a short description and photos or video of the issue. We'll diagnose it with you and ship replacement parts free of charge.
Keep it valid
Follow the maintenance schedule in the manual and keep a record of oil and filter changes.
