Free freight
Freight is included on every order — no surprise fees at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as it leaves.
Delivery time
Most deliveries arrive within 7–14 business days depending on your location. The carrier will call ahead to schedule a drop-off window.
On delivery day
Machines arrive on a pallet in a steel crate by liftgate truck. Inspect the crate before signing and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
Damage in transit
If anything arrives damaged, send us photos within 48 hours and we'll arrange a repair or replacement part at no cost.
