RETURNS

The machine must be unused, uncrated or recrated in its original packaging, with all included parts and accessories.

Email us with your order number. We'll send return instructions and arrange pickup.

Once the machine is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return freight costs may be deducted unless the item was defective.

If you received the wrong machine or it arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right at no cost.
